If you have an aircraft that you are even "thinking" of buying, I do on-site (one or two day) aircraft survey's to determine: status of maintenance items, engine performance evaluations and general condition of the aircraft and records. And since many aviation transactions are international, there are some bureaucratic processes required in order to facilitate a properly documented ownership transfer.
